Howe residents sentenced to life in prison

MUSKOGEE – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Armondo Joseph Palma, 23, and Brooklyn Elaine Wilson, 28, of Howe were sentenced in federal district court for sexually abusing a child under the age of 12.
